What we do differently

We answer all calls and show up when we tell you.

That is Paul's sentence, not a slogan written for him. It is the whole business in one line.

01

We answer

Call and a real person picks up. If we are up on a job, we call you back. No call centers, no voicemail maze, no quote form that goes nowhere.

02

We show up

When we give you a day and a time, that is when we are there. It sounds basic because it should be.

03

We clean it right

Concrete gets pressure. Stucco, screens and roofs get a soft wash at low pressure. Using the right method on each surface is how nothing gets damaged.

How we protect your property

The right pressure for every surface

Most exterior cleaning damage comes from one mistake: blasting everything with the same wand. Here is how we avoid it.

Pressure only where it belongs

Driveways, sidewalks and pool decks can take it. We clean them with a surface cleaner at a fixed height so the concrete is never etched with lines.

Soft wash for everything else

Stucco, paint, screens and roofs get a cleaning solution at low pressure. The solution kills the algae and mildew, so the water never has to blast it off.

Plants wet down first

Landscaping is soaked with water before we start and rinsed again after, which is what protects it.

Eyes on the details

Lights, outlets, window seals and screens get checked before we spray, and anything fragile gets pointed out to you first.

How it works

Four steps, no runaround

  1. 1

    Call or text

Tell us what needs cleaning and where. A photo by text helps.

  2. 2

    Get your quote

A photo often lets us quote without a visit. If not, we come take a look.

  3. 3

    We show up

On the day and at the time we agreed, ready to work.

  4. 4

    Done and rinsed

Surfaces cleaned, plants and walls rinsed, and we let you know it is finished.

Meet the owner

Paul Garza

Paul ran a pressure washing business in Kansas City, sold it, and moved to Florida. Fort Myers Exterior Cleaning is what he built when he got here.

He knows how this work is supposed to go, and what customers complain about when it does not. So the promise is simple: answer the phone, show up on time, and use the right method on every surface.

FAQ

Common questions

All questions →
What areas do you serve?

We are based in Fort Myers and serve Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Fort Myers Beach, Estero, Bonita Springs, Lehigh Acres and the rest of Lee County.

What is the difference between pressure washing and soft washing?

Pressure washing uses high pressure water and is right for hard surfaces like concrete driveways. Soft washing uses a cleaning solution at low pressure and is right for stucco, painted surfaces, screens and roofs, where high pressure would do damage. We use whichever the surface calls for.

How do I get a quote?

Call or text us. Photos of the area you want cleaned help us give you an accurate quote quickly, often without a visit.

Do I need to be home while you work?

Usually not. We need access to the area and an outside spigot, and any cars moved off surfaces we are cleaning. We will let you know when we are finished.

Is it safe for my plants and pets?

We soak plants with water before we start and rinse them after, which protects them. Keep pets inside while we work and until surfaces have dried.
