Property managers and HOAs
Exterior cleaning for the properties you manage
One call for several properties, a real person who answers, and service that shows up when we say. That is the whole pitch, and it is the one Paul built the business on.

Who we work with
Built for people who manage more than one roof
Property managers
Several homes or buildings, one person to call, and a schedule that works around your tenants.
HOAs and associations
Community sidewalks, entries and common areas, plus the homes that get a courtesy letter.
Rental and vacation owners
Cleaning between guests and before the season, while you are somewhere else.
What we clean
Everything on the outside
- Driveways, sidewalks and walkways across multiple units
- Building and home exteriors, soft washed
- Roofs, at low pressure only
- Pool cages, lanais and pool decks
- Common area pavers and entries
- Irrigation rust stains on walls and walks

The HOA letter
Fix it before the hearing and there is no fine
Under Florida law (s. 720.305), a homeowners' association has to give an owner at least 14 days' written notice before a fine hearing, and if the violation is cured before the hearing, a fine cannot be imposed. A dirty roof or driveway is one of the easiest violations to cure. Call or text us the date on the letter.
