Pressure washing
Paver Cleaning in Fort Myers and Lee County
Pavers are everywhere in Southwest Florida, on driveways, pool decks and entry walks, and they collect growth in two places: on the face of each paver and in the sand joints between them. Weeds and ant hills come up through the joints, and the whole surface goes dark.

Cleaning pavers well is a balance. Enough pressure to lift the growth, not so much that the joint sand ends up in the lawn. We clean with a surface cleaner at the right height and pressure for pavers, then deal with the joints.
Paver pool decks are standard in Lee County, and they stay wet longer than any other surface on the property, which is why they turn green and slick first.
What we clean
- Paver driveways, walkways and entries
- Paver pool decks and lanais
- Weeds and growth in the joints
- Rust and irrigation stains on pavers
How we do it
Three steps, done right
- 1
Clean
An even pass with the surface cleaner, set for pavers, then detail work around the edges and borders.
- 2
Treat
Growth in the joints is treated so it does not come straight back.
- 3
Rinse and inspect
Everything is rinsed down and we walk the area with you.
Signs it is time
- Pavers that have gone gray, black or green
- Weeds or grass growing up through the joints
- Joints that look empty or sunken
- A slippery pool deck
How we protect your property
Too much pressure empties the joints and can chip the paver edges. We set the pressure and height for pavers, not for plain concrete, and keep the joint sand where it belongs.
Some joint sand always comes out during a thorough cleaning. If your joints are already low, we will tell you before we start.
FAQ
Paver Cleaning questions
Will cleaning my pavers wash out the sand?
Some joint sand comes out in any thorough cleaning. Setting the right pressure and height keeps it to a minimum, and we will tell you if your joints are already low.
Can you clean paver pool decks?
Yes. We keep the runoff out of the pool and treat the growth so the deck stays less slippery for longer.
Do you remove weeds from the joints?
The cleaning and treatment knock back growth in the joints. Deep rooted weeds may need pulling after.
