About 25 minutes from our Fort Myers base
Pressure Washing in Estero, FL
Roof, paver and house cleaning for Estero's gated communities, about half an hour south of Fort Myers.
Cleaning in Estero
Estero lives behind gates, on tile roofs and paver drives, and the association letter usually arrives before the homeowner notices anything.
Estero became a village in 2014, which makes it Lee County's newest municipality, and most of it was built as planned communities: Miromar Lakes on its 700 acre lake, Grandezza, West Bay Club, Bella Terra, and The Brooks with Shadow Wood and Copperleaf. Almost all of them are gated, and almost all of them have standards for how a roof and a driveway should look.
The housing is newer, much of it under concrete and clay tile with paver driveways, walks and pool decks. Tile holds algae in its texture and valleys, and pavers hold it in the joints, so both go dark in a way the neighbors can see from the street. Lakes, preserves and heavy landscaping add the shade and moisture it needs.
Plenty of Estero homeowners spend part of the year somewhere else. We work with the gate, the community's hours and your schedule, and we can clean while you are away.

FAQ
Estero questions
Can you work inside a gated community in Estero?
Yes. Let us know the gate process and any community rules on working hours, and we will schedule around them.
My HOA sent a letter about my roof. What now?
Call or text us with the date on the letter and a photo. Florida law gives you at least 14 days' written notice before a fine hearing, and a violation cured before the hearing cannot be fined, so there is usually time to get it done.
Can you clean while I am out of town?
Yes. We need access to the exterior and an outside spigot, and we will let you know when it is done.
