The story
Kansas City to Fort Myers
Paul already knew this work before he got here. He ran a pressure washing business in Kansas City, then sold it so he could live in Florida. Fort Myers Exterior Cleaning is the business he started when he arrived.
Southwest Florida is a different job from the Midwest. There is no winter to slow the algae down, far more of the homes are stucco and tile, and pool cages are everywhere. The equipment is the same. The methods have to fit the place.
What does not change is how you run it. His own words are the standard here: “We answer all calls and show up when we tell you.”

The right method for every surface
Most exterior cleaning damage comes from using one method on everything. This is how we match the method to the surface.
